Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These terms apply to the 1stReply Android app and this website (together, the "Service"), provided by ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
1stReply automatically sends an SMS that you write to people who call your phone, after the call ends. Messages are sent from your own SIM card through your mobile network.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate details (name and mobile number) when signing up.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
- One subscription can be active on one phone at a time. Moving it to a new phone stops it on the old one.
3. Plans, payment and activation
- Plans: Monthly (30 days) and Yearly (365 days). The current price is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before activation. Every plan includes all features.
- Your plan starts when we activate your account after confirming your payment. We confirm activation on WhatsApp.
- Plans do not renew automatically. When a plan ends, auto-replies stop until you renew.
- Online payments, when offered, are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
4. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the content of the messages you set and must use the Service lawfully, including the rules of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). You must not use 1stReply to send spam, promotional bulk messages, or misleading or abusive content. We may suspend accounts that misuse the Service.
5. SMS charges and service limits
- SMS are sent from your SIM, so your mobile operator's normal SMS charges and limits apply. We do not charge per SMS.
- The app needs phone, call log and SMS permissions, and works best with battery optimisation turned off for it. Some phone makers may still stop background apps.
- Delivery depends on your phone, network and operator, so we cannot guarantee that every SMS is sent or delivered.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost business, arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the Service or these terms; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version. You can stop using the Service at any time. Refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
